Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel and when you get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Your 90 days

• Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of paying and before your Test Day sample is taken.
• After your sample is taken, or after 7 days, the current 90 days are not refundable, because your lab test and your care team's work have already begun. You can still stop any time, and nothing more is charged.

When we cannot serve you

You get a full refund if a doctor on our care team decides CRAFTT is not right for you now, or if our lab partner cannot collect your sample where you live.

UPI AutoPay and renewals

• Cancel AutoPay any time by typing Cancel AutoPay on WhatsApp. It stops before the next debit; the current 90 days carry on.
• If a renewal is debited and you tell us within 7 days, before your next 90 days' expert work begins, you get a full refund of that renewal.

Gifts

If you started CRAFTT for someone and they have not begun within 30 days, you get a full refund.

Care Credits

Unused Care Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of buying. Credits already used are not refundable. Credits roll over for one quarter and lapse after that.
